Consultation

The home-building process can be complex and confusing.

We seek to eliminate the barriers between your vision and execution. We do so through an established consultation process where we break down every element of your new build in fine detail to create clarity between you and our team.

These consultation sessions consist of identifying key needs and desires, making selections for each part of the home, and outlining a clear timeline so that when it’s time to break ground, you know exactly what’s happening from beginning to end.

Then it’s off to our design team!

Design

Our design process is purpose-driven and intentional.

We work with a talented team of architects and designers who are experts in their discipline. It’s through these partnerships that we build trust between everyone involved in your project.

We pride ourselves on delivering a detailed blueprint of your entire project that is easy to understand and follow. Throughout the design process, it’s our goal to be precise and pointed with every aspect of your home so that nothing comes unexpectedly and you can be confident about what is delivered.

Construction

Once a design blueprint is reviewed and signed off on, we share a project schedule that outlines the varying components of your new build.

This includes everything from breaking ground to laying floors, building cabinets to painting. You’ll get a 30,000-foot view of your entire project so you can plan accordingly.

With that in hand, we’ll begin the building process and refer to you regularly for questions, thoughts, and review. Upon finishing your project, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough where you get to take in your new home and get a feel for the space. From there, it’s all yours.
